1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AT BAT MAP ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

AT BAT MAP is a baseball performance tracking application developed by Coach Bones Baseball. The App allows players to track at-bats, pitches, spray charts, timing, game plans, and other performance metrics to support player development.

The App is intended for informational and training purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or athletic training guidance.

3. User Accounts & Data

To use the App, you may provide an email address which serves as your unique identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Your performance data is stored securely in our database
• Your data may be used in aggregate (anonymized) form to improve the App
• Pitcher data you enter may contribute to a shared pitcher database visible to other users
• You will not enter false, misleading, or inappropriate information

4. Pitcher Database

AT BAT MAP maintains a shared, crowd-sourced pitcher database. When you add a pitcher or record pitches against a pitcher, that information may be visible to other users of the App. By contributing data to the pitcher database, you grant Coach Bones Baseball a non-exclusive license to use that data to improve the App and provide services to other users.

Do not enter personal information about pitchers beyond what is necessary for baseball performance tracking (name, team, throwing hand, pitch types).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Enter false or misleading data that could negatively impact other users
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the App without written permission
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, design, and functionality, is owned by Coach Bones Baseball and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "AT BAT MAP" and "Coach Bones Baseball" are trademarks of Coach Bones Baseball.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any portion of the App without prior written consent from Coach Bones Baseball.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COACH BONES BASEBALL MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Performance data provided by the App is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for athletic decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COACH BONES BASEBALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the App & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via the App or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of applicable jurisdiction.
